As the co-organiser of the successful Beach Polo @ Swansea Bay in 2009 it was my pleasure to showcase the magnificent sport of polo to the people of Swansea and its environs. The overwhelming support and the positive feedback I received has spurred me on to find a permanent and suitable venue for polo in the Swansea area.

 

I’m thrilled therefore to announce that a turf arena polo match will be held in the enchanting grounds of Oldwalls Leisure in the heart of Gower on Sunday 22nd August 2010.

Starting at 12 noon for Hospitality, Private Box and Players Bar guests the day will feature entertainment with live music, DJs and a retail area showcasing the best of clothing, food and speciality drinks from the area. A hog roast will be available from 2.00pm.

 

The polo will start at 3.00pm followed by a post match party in both the Hospitality and Players Bar until 9.00pm a complimentary coach will be available to take you to the after party at the Sienna Bar on Kingsway.
